O2 Will Soon Launch Samsung Monte Iron Man Edition

I am very excited about the anticipated release date of Iron Man 2 on May 7, 2010.  I enjoyed the first Iron Man movie and have very high expectations for this upcoming sequel.  If you’re a fan of the movie as well, you might be pleased to know that UK O2 has the exclusive rights to release the Samsung Monte S5620 Iron Man special edition.  Now as far as I can tell, the physical look of the phone remains the same.  There is no Iron Man decorative theme.  In fact, they don’t even offer the gold and red colors that have come to be associated with Iron Man.

So why is it being called the Samsung Monte S5620 Iron Man edition?  Well, the phone will come packaged with the full-length original Iron Man film.  Along with the original movie, it will also come with a selection of exclusive content from Iron Man 2 pre-loaded onto an SD card.

In case you were wondering about the features of the Samsung Monte, it includes a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen LCD, 3.2 megapixel camera with facial recognition, Wi-Fi, GPS with geo tagging, Google Sync, Exchange ActiveSync, and social networking integration.  Plus, it also features the new TouchWiz 2.0 Plus user interface.
