Rogers to sell Samsung Galaxy Spica for $79

We’ve known for a few days that the Android powered Samsung Galaxy Spica will be heading to Rogers in Canada sometime this month.  Thanks to an internal leak, we now know the price.  Rogers will be selling the Samsung Galaxy Spica for $79 on a new three year contract agreement.  If you’re not willing to sign your life away for that amount of time, the Spica can be yours for $449.99 contract free.  It’s always nice to know how much that new handset is going to set you back, but I’m sure most people would agree that an exact release date is also quite important.  Rogers has yet to make an official announcement on the matter, though most people are speculating that the Samsung Galaxy Spica will be showing up at your local Rogers store in the last few day of March.
